The big water will be here by the time the class starts, so you might as well take this time to fill your box with these tasty morsels. The trout will really love these when the water recedes. The class will tie different stages of the insect: nymph, emerger, dun, maybe even a spinner. Be ready when the big sailboats come out to play. These flies are some of my favorite patterns to tie; big, bold, and beautiful.

It took a while, but we've finally workout dates for Greg very popular Soft Hackle Class. This is one of our most popular tying classes. You'll not only learn the finer point of tying these very effective flies, but you'll also learn a great deal about fishing these flies.

Since our early days of working with Syl Nemes, we've been big fans of these old style patterns. Since he first taught us how to tie and fish these flies back in the 80's we made significant room in our fly boxes for these effective patterns. For those who know Greg and have taken his class, you're aware of what a great opportunity this is.

Class is limited in size to 8 students. All tools and materials are included for each nightly session. A 50% deposit is needed to hold a space.
