Slowing down to make that familiar left turn, you’ll park and get out to feel and hear the river as it passes before you. It’s a ritual repeated every time you arrive here.In this part of the country, mornings arrive cool and crisp. Mid-days heat drives the winds that will leave you at times cursing.
