If you currently don't tie flies, we offer a great way to get started by offering a very comprehenisve introductory fly-tying class.  Our Beginning Fly Tying classes will not only teach you how to tie a wide variety of fly patterns, but also cover as part of the curriculum entomolgy, fly pattern selection and fly-fishing techniques in general.  On top of that, it's a fun way to spend a cold winter night.

Class include all the materials and tools you will need.  There are 4 classes; the first taking you through basic fly tying patterns and techniques, and by the last you will be tying some complex dry fly patterns.  The overall class focus is on techniques, so that by it's completion you will be able to tie a wide variety of fly patterns, not just the ones you will learn in class. 

To sign up for this class, we require a 50% deposit with the balance due by the evening of the first class.  Class size is limited to 6 students in order to give you the necessary persoanl attention you will need to get the most out of the class.  For more information of to sign up, contact us at: (801)521-6424.
