The final installment in our series of three Blue Wing Olive patterns: Skyler's Nymph, is a simple BWO patterns that fishes well and is an easy tie. Skyler's Nymph is a quick tie and can be modified in size and color to adapt to any mayfly pattern. We all fish this style of nymph as a dropper or beneath an indicator during the spring and fall as the mayfly nymphs start moving and becoming more apparent to feeding trout.
