Taking a fly casting class is prbably the single best way to improve your enjoyment and success on the water, regardless of the species of fish you fly cast for. These classes will be taught by our very own Federation of Fly-Fishers (FFF) certified casting instructor, and "Best of the West" Casting ChampionNick Teynor.

Location: Western Rivers Flyfisher/Liberty Park Being able to have control of your fly cast so you can put the fly where you want it on a consistent basis is critical to your success and enjoyment when fly-fishing. We find that most who fly-fish neglect this important aspect of the sport. Casting a fly rod well is one of the most enjoyable parts of fishing with flies. All it takes is practice, a little time, and patience. When done correctly it will take your fishing enjoyment to levels beyond expectation, and allow you to still have a smile on your face at the end of a tough day of fly-fishing. We at Western Rivers have a passion for presenting flies to fish, and doing it with grace and efficientcy.
Cost:$50.00 per person.
All of these casting clinics are held in the morning at Western Rivers FlyFisher, and finish at Libery Park, We encourage you to bring your own fly rods, lines, reels, snacks, beverages, questions, and notepads to take down all of the "sage" advise we can offer! As with all of our fishing classes/clinics, a 50% Non-Refundable Depositis required up-front to gurantee that you will have a seat.
