 Any dedicated fly fisherman knows how important a good rain jacket is. They also know that a good Gore-Tex jacket will fetch a pretty penny. When Simms came out with their Guide Jacket, we were very impressed. Not only by the $300 price tag, but the quality and durability this jacket offers. Many of the jackets we have on the shelf have all sorts of gizmos and gadgets that can be useful but also make for good line catchers. The simple two large pocket design is perfect for putting a few boxes into, and one of the reasons we like this jacket for trout and steelhead fishing. |
