The Green River is one of the West's best fisheries, and for good reason. On September 23rd, Dec Hogan will be teaching a Spey Casting Primer.  It's the time of year to dust of the two handers, and fine tune your casts before you hit the water.  This one day primer is designed to get you ready and help you improve your casts and fishing techniques with a Spey Rod.
